🔍 About the role

Estaly operates at the intersection of the retail and insurance industries, this role requires a deep understanding of each stakeholder’s key challenges. As a Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the founding team on various key topics:

• You will collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to help define and refine the company's strategic goals and objectives, ensuring alignment across the organization.
• You will play a pivotal role in Estaly’s growth by taking ownership of various strategic subjects, mainly Sales, Partnerships and External Communication.
• You will participate in streamlining internal processes to improve efficiency and support rapid growth by defining, refining and tracking key metrics.
• You will work closely with the revenue team to help define and refine the company’s ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and apply and iterate on the existing outreach strategies.
